Most of the 45,000 visitors to Watford’s 2003 Rainbow Festival found their way to the Main Stage during a hot, sunny exciting day. The Main Stage featured many different music and dance styles.

Included were funky classics from Staks and Yabba, a reggae cover band. There was also dance from Watford's Culture Shock. Watford's FreakaNature and Pete White, an original folk / rock style band charmed the late afternoon crowds to the Main Stage. Asitis Music showcased some of the signers and bands they promote including J'aya, Winston Irie, Alison David, Sandra Richards and Elaine Bullet.

The Rainbow Festival was rounded off in a blazing performance by Watford's recently signed manic rock / Brit-pop band, Mohair. The best place to experience their crazy energy was right at the front of the crowd - with a health warning that normal hearing would be resumed about lunchtime the next day.

Watford Council has announced Sunday July 11th as the date for the Rainbow Festival 2004. Blueorangeimages.co.uk intends to keep you up to date on whatÕs in store for 2004.
